Here's The Riddler that I made and colored it using photoshop. He's modeled after David Tennant as The Doctor in Dr. Who (hence the similarities). I always thought he's perfect for portraying this unique character, he could be funny and dark at the same time. It's a shame he won't be featured in The Dark Knight Rises, or maybe that's what Christopher Nolan wants everybody to think... I don't know I'm just imagining he's adding a surprise to the movie.
