Getting Janice is easy if you go to the other islands, and battle the tougher monsters with Sprigg in your party.
Janice is one of my favorite characters, I always tried to get her as early in the game as possible, and usually kept her in my party as much as possible. Such a fun character! Nice rendering on this one, too!

More Chrono Cross fanart! Janice was a pain to recruit in the game, unless you used Sprigg a lot (which I didn't). Her hands are a little smaller than the official version, but I like your rendition better. And your coloring is quite good, despite what you may believe.
