Its Flea from Chrono Trigger! My favorite character in that game.This drawing took me forever and a half, and I'm really proud of it. :3

I would have liked to see a little more of his right eye, though. It looks like his face curves a little too late, and it also cuts off the wink, because the left eye is closed and we can't see the right at all. Also, I think you dropped the nose a little low, too.
I could do without the pixelated background, or maybe you could have found a higher quality image. It also doesn't seem CT-related, so maybe you could have found a castle background or something to go with the character.
Nice colouring job, though, and the hair is in accordance with the Chrono Trigger style, which is a good thing. I also like how you left the wrists pretty big, as it is a guy afterall.
