incase you were wondering, this is celeste’s half sister, francesca, probably not what any of y’all thought she was gonna look like😂 before i get into her background this isn’t gonna be her final design ‘cause i don’t think i can draw this whenever i want to draw fran. anyways, stuff about her! (it might change. bit or be a little unacurate with what i wrote with celeste’s story)

height: no one knows, sometimes she looks 5’4”, other times 5’8”, it all depends on the height of her platforms
so she’s celeste’s half sister, they have the same mom, but her mom’s whole thing was she married her dad, claimed he was involved with celeste’s dad’s death, just so she could show her kingdom that she “cared” and whatnot so she kicked them out of the castle. fran’s dad died a few years after that, and she was left at a village pretty close to the castle (which is also where fluorine lives!) fluorine went out of her way to become her friend, and calls her franny even though francesca does not like that name. she acts like she cant stand fluorine, but i’m pretty sure we all know it’s impossible to not like fluorine, and she’s actually extremely protective over her, and she has also taken it upon herself to “dispose” of any guys that might like fluorine. also fran is really insecure about her looks because her sister celeste was always super pretty, so she piles makeup on her face like crazy, and dresses in victorian era clothes just to “intimidate civilians” also, sorry about her face being crooked😂, i woke up at 5:00 in the morning just to draw this, probably not the best time
