This little guy here belongs to me, but you are all more than welcome to do fan stuff, or to use him in something, or whatever...just give me credit, that's all I ask, because he is my little guy!
Here is a bio sheet for one of the characters in Exiles of Neoland: The Rift!

I like the tie in green, it looks good on him. I also like the detail on the sword guard/hilt/whatever-that-part-is-called >_> I wouldn't have guessed he was that old though, or do Neolian ages differ from human ages? Also, I believe by "clutsy" you mean "klutzy"?
And this is random, but if you like steampunk, I highly recommend the book "Whitechapel Gods."

I'll look into the book, and it is quite possible that clutsy may be the British spelling...and Neolians are in the Faerie Family...they can live for multiple centuries depending. And thanks!

I think you should leave the tie green. Too much brown makes characters fade into the background. Also, his face in the military uniform seems a little different. He seems to progressively get a bigger neck with each outfit.

The military garb is the "accurate" drawing...although I like the formal wear too...I just messed up royally with him the work garb there, and was already 12 hours into this thing and decided not to fix it...and thanks I will probably be home later tonight!
