I did..it still asks the original question..i admit i enjoyed the 1st better..but ..it might not be fair to compare..the 2 films are different takes on what constitutes humanity...each has merit..so it may not be fair ..the first had the novel to support it

I'm glad you got more out of it than I did. I got bored, and also felt it was rather old-fashioned in its presentation of women (sex-bot, kill-bot or titty statues in the desert).

It was slow at times...but..much of Pillip K Dick's question was..as we are able to more perfectly mimic and selectively create artificial life..will we still objectify and define it in selective preference...to be human is to be compkex..the kill bot develops a need for aporoval..the sexbot falls in love..the Android fantasizes his humanity...
