Another OC!
Her name is breeze, shes a Sky/Sea hybrid (1/4 - 3/4) ^^

>Characteristics:
She cannot breathe underwater or breathe fire, but is a good swimmer
Some of her scales (+info in the ref) can glow a bit in the dark
Her frill is not very rigid and can move with the wind

>Personality:
Extremely optimistic!
Judges everyone before making new friends
Bouncy and probs with some hyperactivity
Loves sport, touching everybody even if they dont like it , sunny days, bad jokes, inventing games, fliying for hours
Hates being dirty, bad weather, isolation, loneliness, and cold

>Backstory
Her skywing genetics dont prevent her from having a great time with other seawings, even if not breathing underwater sucks. She never met his father but he was probably another hybrid. Most of the time people around her avoid mentioning him, unless they want to be offensive. Her mother has a normal job and tries to go outside as much as possible because her daughter can be tiring to live with.
