This is terrific! I hope you don't mind but I did some quick editing to make more background space and write "Winter is Coming..." and "GOOD" under it for my facebook cover photo. I just used whatever old english font I could find, but I'd love to see you write something Game of Thrones/Grumpy Cat captions in this. Again, this is great!

I very much like the texturing of the fur and how the ragged lines add to the picture's character. That being said, the lines in shadow could be a cleaner, as I feel they make the image look too flat. There also should be some secondary shading in addition to the main shading, outlining darker areas in the umbras of the picture's various shadows. I also feel there's a bit too much negative space.

That being said, I still love this picture, and I want to hug Sir Grumpy very much. ^^
