A gift for my friendYesterday,
KC sent me a note giving me the a character profile for a character on "Cantrip" - actually, I am still workling on her( name is "Tawny", and she´s a fox girl ), so it wouldn´t be right I´d stated the design I just drew as definitive, though - afterall, it still depends on King-Cheetah( who wrote the whole story and created the whole scenario/story backgrounds and also is creating all the other character designs, of course )and Poinko( who is drawing the actual comic )´s approval to it - however, there´s just my humble contribution to it.

Ah, form what KC told me( when he asked me to draw some design for her )is that Tawny and Goldie´s relatiosn were a bit colder nowadays( actually, they quite grew up together, and Tawny used to hang around Goldie´s house( and her older brtother was quite like asurrogate brother to Tawny, too ); somehow, since Candice appeared, Goldie got closer to her( Candice )rahter than Tawny anymore... I just gueesed how she could feel about that, though.

Hm...I guess Tawny thought she didn't need a friend in Goldie anymore, that is, until she saw how happy Goldie and Candice were as friends...Candice is the catalyst for so many things in the story, isn't she?
1. Tripp's icy black heart starting to thaw with her around (I'm guessing it was and still is icy and black, but becoming less closed off; he's a vulture, so I'm guessing I'm not too far off.)
2. Camille and Devi seem to have started putting new plans into motion. Camille seems to have a special interest in Candice...I have thoughts about that. Their names are VERY similar...Suspiciously so, I say.
3. Bianca has the ultimate mystery to study -- A living, walking mystery, as well as a great friend. Before, she seems to have been clinging to spotty UFO sightings and simple weird tall tales; now, she has a chance to be a REAL mystery hunter, solving the Mysteries of the New Girl.
4. Ms. McGavin (And others, I'm guessing) seems to be coming into conflict with people who want to exploit Candice's talents and celebrity status.
I love this comic. I love this picture. And I love you, Marco, in a manly, brotherly way, of course. All the different expressions in this piece of art makes the picture tell a story -- Goldie seems to be happy to see Candice, Candice is a bit surprised, and Tawny's a bit saddened by seeing this, although she's not sure why. (This is what I saw, anyways)
This picture conveys the emotions of the characters depicted so marvelously -- You're just awesome like that, Marco. I really do enjoy this picture.

Very nice character study, if just to see the different range of emotions that can be expressed through the characters.
