Wasn't Mastema the name of that villain from the silly sci-fi movie "The Dungeonmaster"? Though I think in the movie, it's spelled "Mestema"

I use Sculpey Firm, with mixed media for the base.

This is such a gorgeous piece. I especially like the horns and the base; the horns curve very nicely look fantastic, especially because they fit the figure very well, as well as being very natural looking. The base reminds me of some of HR Giger's artwork, especially the wires on the tower and the body at the bottom.

The whole thing is about 16 inches tall, and I used Sculpey Firm.
