Description
All Terrain Escort Transport, an escort walker, equipped with powerful defensive weaponry. The missile and laser turrets replace the troop bay and provide excellent anti-speeder defenses. Smaller mounts, based on E-Web cannons, are mounted underneath the hull and head to defend against infantry. Regretfully, it entered service after the Battle of Hoth and was not put into widespread service before the death of the Emperor. Soon after Endor, Rebel commandos, aided by disgruntled workers, destroyed the primary production facility and the changing political/military situation ensured that the AT-ET never was produced in large numbers.*side note* Design and image by the late David "CanisD"Β Briedis.

I could definitely see this being a real thing if Thrawn had been in charge of the empire. He hated all the resources being put into one thing, when instead you could have several things like these, and better Star Destroyers.

Yes, definitely! We can see how he cared about the development of the whole, instead of the one with the Tie fighter Defender. If the emperor had focused more on the stuff like that, then they would have either won, or had at least made the war go on for a much longer time. A lot more of their men and women would have survived too.

Same here. I'm glad they made him Canon again. They would have really been missing a key character if they hadn't. But even in rebels I feel like they only scratched the surface of his character. Something else I love about him vs other officers is he tried to teach others under his command.
