Description
The Codex Class Communication/Jamming Ship was built by KarmaTech upon commission from EarthForce after the first several months of the Earth-Minbari War. The Codex was commissioned in a (vain) attempt to counteract the Minbari jamming systems and also intercept Minbari transmissions. The EAS Codex herself was disabled above Io just prior to the Battle of the Line. The Codex Class used a modified Hyperion Class frame. Several new Codex Class ships were constructed after the end of the war and faired much better then their E-M War counterparts.
