Surprise surprise, I drew Phoebe again.I looked around for some beach pose ideas and found one of reclining in waves that I thought would work... I would've liked to do more/better water effects (specifically adding a shimmer to her skin), but I couldn't find an easy way to do that in Gimp (and being a lazy bum with other things to get done, I'm not about to put a few more hours into trying to figure something out xD). As it is, I do like how this one came out

This turned out amazing. Most people always go for the generic pokegirls like Misty/Cynthia/w/e other girl follows Ash on his never ending journey when it comes to who's the prettiest. Well I say Phoebe!.... and Roxie from BW2

Yeah, at first it was just her, then I saw the big open space on the top and side so I thought, "Let's put a Dusclops in there... and Banette too ^^"
