He's been killing since he's been a lil' kid so it does = more experience. Plus he didn't kill because he wanted to.

He isn't a heartless killer cus he wouldn't kill some gal, who he took under his wing and looked after her... who then became a part of Snake's team.

Look at the civil wars in Africa and then check the psyche of those soldier kids. What they gained it's not more experience. In Kojima's world, that is a bit twisted. In the real world, Null would be in a psychiatric hospital or something, since he would be insane with the need of killing every single time. That is the sad truth.

There are thing in games that don't need to be too real, or else they get boring. However there are things in games that break the truth that holds the real world, thus breaking the character. There are fan fics out there about Null, with a more logical explanation as to who he became with the 'training' he received from childhood and how his mind is broken. That would be the real case scenario of a fictional character. But Kojima is Kojima... The things he got from logic he got them from reading Tom Clancy... yes he does reads Clancy O_o lol
However, so far I appreciate the MGS series. When going to a realistic approach on stealth I go with Splinter Cell. When going with a fictional approach to stealth I stick to Metal Gear. When putting some logic into the MGS Universe with a realistic approach on stealth... I write crossovers, LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Everyone has their likes. MGS has a great story, no objections there. However... Tom Clancy Universe is Tom Clancy Universe. Three series that end in one game... well.. they could not end too... LOL. I like the story of MGS, though I found holes in some stuff, but I didn't matter. By the way, did you know there's going to be an MGS5? It's called Existence I think... Kojima has something with the "xistence" or "istence" at the end of the names, LOL. Supposedly, for what I heard, is not going to be with Snake of course, but they already separated the character's name for the game. I just hope is "Not another Metal Gear..." like Snake would say, LOL. I have some ideas in mind to send, if they want, though I keep my author's rights... and money... LOLOLOLOL

Not really... The character is smart enough to look for alternatives, but that doesn't mean the alternative is easier. Sometimes it takes longer but it is the correct path. Plus Sam has not only his amo to care about. The political tensions and ways of other countries he has to go is one of those things why he needs to remain invisible. For example: If he's about to infiltrate some sort of organization in the US, he has to be careful. Well now with the Patriot Act should be easier, LOL.
Maybe Null would've never touch Snake, and maybe he had a possibility to stay alive if you kept out of his way. But I know Kojima... Is the drama what makes the good games he does, though they lack common sense and logic (If you played MGS1 you know... LOL).

He can't kill just anyone but the ones the virus is made to kill... Plus, well... that stopped working too. If he could kill anyone then you could go through a base killing soldiers instead of knocking them out or pass by them unnoticed.

I saw a video on YouTube where two guys dressed as Sam Fisher and Solid Snake fought against each other. Great video and all, but I honestly believe they'd work together. I can easily see Fisher and Snake working together on an operation. Alone, they are extremely strong... but together, they can be invincible!
