Second part is probably full of grammar errors. "Read the text and describe the apartment you are renting" lol, bad French is bad.

Yup, that's the other reason. It takes usually years to wait for translation to those comics I want to read and by some reason they rarely translate them into English as well. Many Franco-Belgian comics have never seen in Finland.
