Yeah that'd be horrible; I think toffee would feel the worse (the monstar toffee) since it was his alternate self, and I would have a feeling Mon Star would feel horrible for what she said to her dad since it wasn't him but an eviler ver. of himself; it'd probably even be awkward for normal Star, Moon, and River to interact with the alternate Toffee, Star, and Moon.

oh yeah; though I could picture; and this is just me, but it would end on both sides leaving on good terms knowing that one side managed to avoid something worse and find happiness; most likely thanks to the two stars, but again that's just me.
Even seeing a mirror like scene where the stars are back in their worlds with their families and they hug their parents

That would be a good ending, definitely, that would give them an end to that dimensional encounter that would leave them "satisfied" and thus be able to continue with their lives.
