This drawing is as much my impression of the place as it is an actual depiction of it, so, it's only marginally accurate. I used my own photo for a reference, but I wanted it to look a little "sunnier" that is why I painted the castle in ochre hues instead of its natural grays. I also prolonged the path which should have been much shorter as it runs into the bank of the river Cher flowing under the castle (through the arches).
