The only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to choose between the fan and the eyes,great job if that actually is what you wanted to do.
If you want me to see the eyes,I would like a little more light on them,instead of "all vanishing in the dark" in the back.

Otherwise it's a really interesting subject and great capture!

Dear Maria,

a very interesting and mystic shot! The black and white setting really matches to the scene. However, I think it would beneficial if you'd managed to put the eyes in focus of the lens Another idea I have would be to use a flash to generate highlights - I think this would have worked really well

Nevertheless, you made good use of model and fan

This is a really cool picture! The black and white makes everything so much more interesting. The only thing I could suggest is a little more lighting to make the eyes brighter and more in focus. Otherwise you did a very nice shot, the composition is great and you layered this very well!

The model has some gorgeous eyes.  It's a shame that the fan commands more attention than they do.  If the focus were shifted to the eyes and some more powerful catch lights were used (they seem a bit weak when looking at her eyes), it would make a far more powerful and intriguing image. 

I keep finding myself going back to the details in the fan.  The bright highlights and deep shadows create a nice, crisp contrast!  I'm kind of curious to see what this image looked like in color.  The right combination might make it better than the black and white piece. And I really like the way it looks now.

It took me a moment to believe the eyes are real. The fan appears more focused in the picture whereas the eyes fade in the darkness. Were the eyes a lil sharper and focused would have a more strong and alive impact of the whole picture. But over all its a wonderful idea and a beautiful shot. I say you should photograph your eyes more often with different themes ....they are beautiful and different.

What a beautiful photo!  I do feel that the eyes are a tad soft though, and it could be improved if the entire photo was in focus.

This is such a gorgeous picture, I love the fan and I love the 'Black & White' effect, and your eyes look so wide and big and incredibly lovely, like Jasmine's from Alladin or something
