Here she is! My first official submission to The Earth Monarchy!

NAME: Alys
AGE: 18
GENDER: Female
KINGDOM: Unknown
POWERS: The magic shackles which held her also prevented her from accessing any of the magic within her and she only now senses its presence for the first time in memory.
APPEARANCE: A maiden in the full bloom of youthful beauty, her long dark hair and green eyes compliment her fair skin. The blue dress and collar around her neck her only possessions given by her shadowy captor.
PERSONALITY: Spending her life isolated, with her captors the only contact she had ever known she is fearful of others and vulnerable.
LIKES: Her freedom, the stars, the moon and the feel of the breeze caressing her skin.
DISLIKES: Captivity, suffering and pain.
BACKSTORY: Her earliest memories are dreams of a woman who held her and sang to her yet they are faded with time and her world has been one of pain and isolation. Cruel creatures seemed to spring from her nightmares and carried her to a labyrinthine dungeon where she was tormented for their amusement and her blood used for some dark purpose.
She never understood why she was being tormented, or kept as some sort of pet by their king only that she was important and would understand all to well once she became a woman. Feeling the end coming, she was cleaned up and prepared for some sort of ritual yet a terrible commotion was heard and the magic of the collar and chains used to bind her was broken.
Seizing this moment to run, she did so even as the dark king and his minions did battle with an unknown foe.. she ran and ran until she thought she would pass out and finally she saw a light there in the darkness and emerged into the daylight which was blinding to her but burned those creatures who pursued her.
Stumbling through the forest she kept going.. never looking back..
