Don't get the picture title at all, and it looks like a rather uncomfortable way to read a book to me (I prefer lounging) but this is a delightful photo full of wonderful touches of styling and composition, from the enchanting model (and her gorgeous hair!) down to the carefully matching colour palette between outfit and surroundings. Only the anachronistic paperback intrudes - I'd have "faked" it with a journal or other untitled book just to avoid waking people up from this rather lovely dream

Well, if you have to know the story, she went for a walk (here's promenade) and she's sitting in a rose garden, and she's not reading, the book in her hands is because she's looking at her favourite quote or a dried flower or a letter that is in the book. I normally don't explain this to the viewers but I suppose you deserved that haha
