Um, I can totally see where you wanted to go with this and i think you definitely achieved that. it's so cuuute,

Um i sort feel like i've seen this character before..um xD;;
Technique:
The lines are all very clean on this . Anatomically wise for the everything looks good except for that hand that is raised. i'm a bit confused to where the real hand is though that may just be me eve''your way of cell shading is interesting btw eve, though it is fundamentally a bit confusing.

Vision: It's a very clear image, with a very simple intention, and it achieves the goal of being adorable and appropriate for the user's name. Good work!
Originality: Well, actually at first I thought it was a pic of you. The hair is kinda frizzy, and the same color as your other pics. And she's got glasses, so I thought it was another one of the Bunnii pics you sometimes do. But it was a commission, so it's what your customer asked for. Just kinda looks like a few of your other pics.
Technique: Your work with the uber clean lines and fun flat colors makes it a simple and fun design. The shadow, or grounding she's got or whatever that is, is the only thing that gets to me.
Impact. It's yet another cute character. But it really looked like the ones you've drawn of yourself. I was tricked, and so it doesn't seem to stand out as something terribly unbelievably unique. It's still good, though!
Overall? I'd personally rate this a 7.8/10.
