i was looking at your gallery as thumbnails and then I read your comment about you should really finish your artwork..haha i WAS wondering why all the portraits had only faces and no hair. The hair could be left unfinished ,i think if you had a background and hair was left as a basic shape...then it still could look as a finished piece

interesting! all the faces with no hair where part of this one project. when i started the first one with leaving out the hair, i decided - hell, ill do it for all of them. so yes, i hope they do look like finished peices.

Wow...Really nice...I liked the last one you submitted (profile of face, blockout of hair) which was similar but i REALLY like this...the colorful expression and liveliness, the rich red of the lips and cheeks...very lovely, and i Do like the effect of you capturing only the face (and leaving the hair out)...it really brings focus to the face and the expression.
