I absolutely love this piece! The art style is simple and appealing to the eye. The characters are minimalistic, yet you can always see which game is it supposed to represent. I really like this quote and the way you showed it. I also love how you used different types of games, and the fact that these games come from different times. There is a classic like Sonic, and something new like Cuphead. The only thing you could improve is the use of colors. In some pictures they could be more outstanding to show the theme of the game etc. Apart from that, it's amaizing. (Sorry if I'm making some english mistakes, I tried my best)

Heh...deep. All those stories, all those adventures where we thought we were the hero, where we pressed on and presserveered and thought that we were determined to 'save the world'...but its all just because we want to 'finish the game'. We don't care about the fate of those worlds, those characters, after we turn off the game. It felt great at the time, being the hero, but really we're just ticking off an arbitrary checkbox on an arbitrary list...finished that one, what's next?
