Apparently he's not that enthusiastic about spending time with girls. That's kinda understandable considering his past experience (Sonic X, Archie comics). And Cream doesn't realize Tails can set himself free without any effort.

Crap, I already faved it! xDDD I love Tails' expression: he looks so defeated. This looks like a future Cream you drew here... I like it! 8D This just might be my favorite of the couple project that you're doing that I've seen so far! (I think you should color all of them, because the colored ones have turned out AWESOME. But that indeed a big task.)
