Same here I've seen almost every episode( I skipped around series and seasons, so I might have missed a few), I'm not so much of a newbie to Doctor Who though anymore, I've seen all the new who's (season 1-6) and I'm trying to watch the older ones to fill in the gap until the 7th season.

haha, I just started watching Dr. Who 2 months ago and have watched season 1-6 of the new stuff (including all the christmas specials) and I LOVE it! hah :3 I really would like to watch the old stuff but I can't seem to find a site to watch them on.

I've seen every season oof Star Trek except Enterprise and I won't explain why cuz then this would become a big rant on why I don't consider it canon. One of the DS9 episodes I know for sure I haven't seen is the one where Jadzia Dax dies, do you know what the episode is, cuz I'd like to see it. Also is there an episode where Garak ties up nog? Because in the episode where The DS9 crew get stranded on some planet in Cardassion space with Jem'Hadar, Nog and Garak are on patrol and Nog doesn't let him walk behind him, because Garak tied him up or something.
Yeah I've seen all the new whos too( favorite Christmas special is the Next Doctor) I've seen only a few of the older ones, but I do know where you can watch practically watch every single older episode. here's the [link] Just type in the episode you want and tada your watching some Doctor Who!

ah, I don't mind Enterprise, I mean, there were times where it didn't quite feel Star Trek enough and such, but I really liked Captain Archer XD

Aw, that one was cool. :3 I think my favorite Christmas special would have to be A Christmos Carol parody, that one was adorable. :3 Oh cool, I haven't used that site in a looong time lol

I like the Christmas Carol Doctor Who too! Tge only christmas specials I don't like are "The Christmas Invasion" and " The Waters of Mars" Daily motion rocks! I saw a sixth Doctor episode yesterday on it called " The Vengence on Varos"

Yes there were some good parts to the episode, but over all not one of my favorites, well not until the end, when Tennant actually does something.
The Waters of Mars actually scared me and is one of my LEAST favorite episodes. Tennant was my first Doctor and though it's sad to have seen him go, I'm glad that Matt Smith was the one to replace him. He's brilliant as the doctor and at some points he kinda has a little of ten in him. So LIVE LONG #11!

lol yeah, agreed there...he was rather useless in that episode up until the end. o3o;; which in a way I could understand why. :/ but lol one thing that slightly disappointed me about that episode (that really isn't a big deal) is that when he got his hand cut off...my sister and I were totally expecting some sort of Star Wars quote... XDD but there was none!! LOL I was hoping for some little bit of awesomeness right at a rather odd moment. XDD
really?? lol it was a tad bit creepy, but I'd have to say the scariest and most creepy episode for me was Empty Child lol even my mom agreed that, that episode was really creepy but really good too lol Ah really? my first Dr. was the 9th, Christopher...and his last name which I dunno how to spell or pronounce XDD ahha but David was my all time fav. but I do love Matt Smith as the Dr!! LOL omg that guy, he can be just adorable sometimes! LOL

Yes loosing his hand over the skies of london is a bit akwarsd, but so is defeating the captain of and alien captain with an orange.
I think it was the way the Water of Mars people looked that creeped me out. but the Empty Child was creepy as well, but I liked how it ends were everybody lives, everyone in the Waters of Mars practically dies! By the Way it's Christopher Eccleston. Pretty sure that's how you spell his last name. He's OK but David and Matt are AMAZING!

I agreee with the writing style. I think Matt Smith is a BRILLIANT Doctor, but why can't we get rid of Amy? I hate her so much I acctually LIKE the part were Rory the Roman shoots her and when she melts into a puddle of goo. I'm also ticked of at Moffat for making River Song( Who is one of my favorite Doctor Who characters) Amy's kid. I mean really? really. Mysterious lady from the Doctor's future who we know kills him, knows his name, and over all AWESOME characte, by the way she's the annoying ginger's daughter. Crap. Sorry I'm ranting I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY, against the River being Amy's kid thing and I don't like Amy.

Ah, I don't mind Amy, but she's definitely NOT my favorite companion at all....she's probably my least favorite companion actually o3o. But I know they'll be getting a new companion in the next season. I find it really weird how River is Amy's daughter and also the Doctor's sort of wife? lol since technically HE didn't marry her, XD the robot did. XD I like Rory, XD haha but I'm hoping that his next companion we'll like more.
But actually, the written in stuff that I don't care for is the fact that in the original series of the 2005 series, and the 10th's series, the whole, "going back on your own timeline" really messed things up and caused a paradox, it was a big no-no to interact with any previous versions of yourself, but in seasons 5 and 6, Moffat seems to ignore that fact a LOT. And in the previous series, his companions and the other on-lookers would always react more realistically to the alien stuff and they would actually go back and make references to previous episodes, which my family and I LOVE....but Moffat doesn't seem to do that at all. :< he doesn't explain things as well as Russel. :<

Yeah Amy is my third least favorite conpanion. My first is Mel from the sixth & Seventh Doctor era( which stinks cuz I really like the seventh doctor and he is Brilliant with Ace, but Mel is just plain obnoxcious)and Peri is my second, I'm not sure how long her reign is, but I've only seen one episode with her and she's obnoxious too. At least Amy has some rare good scenes, but like I said they're RARE!
I agree with the prevoius reference thing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT when they reference the previous Doctors, it's just...I don't even know how to describe why I love the old Doctor Who refences! I have to give it to Moffat though that the underlying themes like the crack or the Doctor's death in a season is neat and I like how the seasons are connected, like in season 5 they kept talking adout the Silence and then in season six we see the silence. I think that's kinda cool, thoughthe draw back to that is that if your new to Doctor Who you could get long in the connectedness of the seasons

Ah, I've sadly only watched the new series. :< can't find a site to watch all the old stuff on. >,< haha, ah yeah, she's not my fav. but I don't mind her. I kinda wish he had taken her with him while she was a little kid. :3 that'd be cute...but..waaay too dangerous lol
YES! me too! and previous episodes too! x3!! and how they bring in past characters! FFFF Moffat really needs to do that more!! D: Yes, I do love his story development and everything is tied in very well...but it's almost like season 5 and 6 can stand on their own without having any references back to the previous 4 series, or the even earlier ones. :< that's the only thing I don't like...if Moffat would tie in a couple references here and there to the previous series and his past experiences as the other doctors, I'd be so very happy lol XD

I don't know if I've told you this site or not, but I watch all the old Doctor Who's on a site called Dailymotion. They've always had all the old episodes I'm looking for. I think he needs like a kid companion, it be fun and cute. NOt a really young kid though, maybe like 10 or 12, or somewhere around there. Not to young that they'd be usless and scared all the time, but not too old, no teenager, or at least young teen like 13 or 14.
I agree he needs to start bringing in some older episode and Doctor references, BUT! I think the main reason he doesn't reference the 2nd-4th seasons is because of David Tennant and all the crazed tennant fans. There are some hard core Tennant fan girls(and guys) who hate any other Doctor and have taken it as a personal duty to make Tennant the Doctor. They also really don't like matt smith as the doctor, so I think he's trying to get the fans used to Matt as the Doctor, by trying to keep the reminiscing(especially for the Tennant era) at a low so fans will warm up to him. Whiched worked/works. Tennant was my first Doctor and without access to BBCAmerica I didn't know he'd regenerated in Matt Smith, So here I was watching all the tennant episodes and finally see an episode on BBCAmerica and it wasn't him. I actuallty hated Mattt Smith for the longest time, but I saw more of his episodes and now he is one of my favorites. I also warmed up to the older Doctors too, cuz when I started into Doctor Who I got this book all about the tenth doctor's era and saw all the older ones and didn't like them( this was also when I found out that he was a timelord who regenerated), but now that I know more I like them all and absolutly LOVE It when they're referenced, seen, and all together in fan art.

Really Teasers for the 50th Anniversary. AHHHHHHHH! I can't wait for it! I'm really hoping for multiple Doctors! Tennant and Smith together would be fantastic! Just so long as Amy and Rory aren't in it I'll be fine. Though I know for a fact that Eccleston will NOT be in it, because he said during an interview that he would not return as the Doctor. I do hope that the eigth doctor returns as well, I feel his doctor was jipped. We never even see him regenerate!

Yeah, some street smart kid who knows how to handle themselves. Oh! and my family and I just watched the season 5 finale, and the Christmas special isn't he Waters of Mars one, it's The Eleventh Doctor episode!

That finale is really good and confusing if you haven't seen the whole series( guess who did that). Also the Waters of Mars is a Christmas Special, along with The Next Doctor, Voyage of the Damned, The End of Time,The Runaway Bride, The Christmas Invasion, A Christmas Carol( Yes that is a Doctor Who Episode) and The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe. The only special that isn't a Christmas special is The Planet of The Dead, which was an Easter Special.
