It is a new challenge that consists of the following: cleaning a site full of garbage, and taking a picture of what it was like before and after having collected all the garbage from that site.

True. Still, given that 'money talks', perhaps a better way to make people help out more to clean up the planet would be in a sort of 'carrot and stick' way. The "greener" they are, the more they get in return. The more pollution they do, the more they would have to pay.
