I must admit that I find the little sparkle/shine whatevers to be weird. Your shading already conveys a high gloss material for the clothes. As for the claws, rather than have six of those sparkles, you could instead do shading similar to what you've done with the clothing and it would show that they are shiny.

the little sparkles are amateurish while the rest of your work is clearly not.
