Just a little something I whipped up, involving a special pair of Team Rocket Grunt gals, Molly and Mara. They won't resort to battling trainers to claim their Pokemon, they'll break their victims through tickle torturing their feet. This doesn't apply to just trainers, though, they'll also use their methods to convince Pokemon with big feet to join them.

Note: alexiaNBC has stated that these girls' team consists of everyone but Arbok. However, upon reading their debut story once more, they did use Arbok to ensnare Misty, so really it only makes sense to include Arbok here as part of their team, too.
