I really like your Nightmare Toy Chica. I am guessing the reason why there are Toy Chickles (That my Nickname for them) is because Nightmare Freddy has his Freddles and you ship Freddy and Toy Chica so in Nightmare form there plenty of Freddy x Toy Chica to go around. But that is just a theory.

Well there are many reasons why Toy Chica has Toy Chickles, 1: because I thought it was cliche' for me to do Toy Freddy, 2: Because this one Deviantartist who deactivated their account, gave me an idea, and 3: Because I ship her with Nightmare Freddy like you said.
