Yep, it's Halloween's month.I see a lot of Sonic.exe mods for Sonic Mania and I thought, try my own.
The Second Form is from an animation by a Youtuber who's name I keep forgetting, but I give him full credit because I love this idea. This is a work in progress as you may know, but I will have it finished at some point. For those who want to use these for a mod, leave credit and I appreciate you using my work.

Because you use MS paint. Use Paint.net. its the upgraded version of MS paint.
