And here's the Space Dorito- I mean Peridot! Poised and ready to obliterate any meddlesome clods that try to break her machines! : 3 I really had fun drawing Peridot! Her design is so simple and effective, it also reminds me of the Megaman style! I LOVE Megaman! : D I'll admit my rabid Megaman fanboyism got the best of me. Am I the only one that now wants a Peridot action figure with poseable limbs and shooting action? : pMore CLODS!- erm I mean Gems below:

You know: the events of Keeping it Together made me hate Peridot. It may have been just spur of the moment along with the combination to her, Garnet's and My reaction to The Cluster. But after the moment died, the way she said "DIE DIE DIE" in Friend Ship and the how she sounded and now looks in Catch and Release, I finally opened up to her. Maybe because she's now Bizarro Vegeta.
And the toilet scene. That was a riot.

I don't think I've ever really hated Peridot but given the events of "Keeping it Together" it is definitely understandable for some to hate her, Garnet especially. After seeing "Catch and Release" its good to see a more sympathetic side to her. It'll be interesting seeing how the gems go about their daily routines while having Peridot holed up in the bathroom though I'm sure she'll probably be out by the next episode at least. It'd be VERY awkward having her inside while Steven does his erm... business. : p
