acrylic on 20 x 20" canvasi tend to not think about meanings and all that artsy BS, but near completion, meanings present themselves... to me, this one reminds me of my step dad, he spends day after day sitting around while the world is going crazy around him. i intentionally made the water look like its nearly solid, thick goopy blobs... notice jesus is riding his bike on the water in the background, too!
