Rango...I hear it's Amazing actually, and thankfully not near my idea. (Last of his species traveling half across the world for sanctuary vs. Chamelion Actor with God luck)
however...
Flecko's been through much worse, so I let him do a raging demon.
Flecko: Only room for one Lizard here...

Animal trying to get home and and last of species

A failed thespian who needs to find himself, feels forced to blend it, is in a bit of an existential crisis, becomes selfless even if he's an obviously flawed character, and has a kickass Hawaiian shirt.
Is it wrong to root for the character I find most well-rounded, save for one twist of fate? (Rango)

No, but Rango has unbelievable amount of luck, but luck can't save you all the time
Plus, Flecko's looking for a safe place to live, and realizes everything in the world is out to get him, so think of it as a Survivalist in an apocalyptic world vs. a really good and lucky actor

Sorry. I just got a little momentarily mild annoyed because it seemed like you were putting Flecko on a pedestal above Rango because he's the last of his kind because of the greedy establishment.
And the shot against Rango is also brought to question since you have your character beating him up even though you haven't seen the film.
If you did, you would know that Rango eventually gets over the luck and actually mans up.
Now, I'm not going to start making insults to Flecko. He's a colorful character with a neat design, but somehow surviving the corrupt business man and being the last one left of your race sounds a bit lucky to me...

He spent his whole life running from predators until he found sanctuary n the tallest tree in the swamp, which had a special type of weed thats' toxins don't harm Flecko. He managed to survive for a decent amount of time until lumberjacks cut down the tree.
The rest is just like I wanna be the guy, that is everything will kill you!
And I want to see the film, my only worry is that they might make a half-assed cartoon on nickelodeon, jst like Jimmy Neutron, Madagascar, and coming soon Kung Fu Panda...

It's not. In my opinion. It's actually quite good. In my opinion, once again.
For one thing it's not even made by Nick. It's just produced by the company. It's well-animated, well-paced, and it's got an awesome original score.
Anyway...
The thing that bugged me is that you have Flecko beating up Rango in a display as what I interpenetrated as you putting Flecko's story above Rango's, even though you have not seen the movie. Like you were trying to put the movie down, or your own upwards....
Perhaps this was enforced by your normally nice character with an angsty expression and Rango sprawled out in a comical and humiliating fashion.
