If Mario and Sonic can get along fine in the Olympics games along with the other characters why can't the fans? They're both great franchises that had good games and bad games, insane fans, etc. I love both of them equally and nothing can change that.

Yeah, I'm getting really sick of seeing Sonic fans bashing on Mario and vise versa. Seriously, why can't people nowadays just get along and enjoy both franchises equally?!

Same here. Both have REALLY good games, and both has had their ups and downs, and both are equals, in my opinion. Why can't the fans get along and stop badgering each other for liking one and hating the other? Both aren't perfect. Games are for fun anyway.
