Description She is Jen Scotts (ジェンスコッツ, Jen Sukottsu), also known as TimePink (タイムピンク, Taimu Pinku). When she was a child, she had the things tough due to she was very shy and unsure of herself, and for worse, her parents got killed by a mutant named Hitman Mad Blast (who actually happened to be a member of the Mutant Liberation Front Londarz) murdered her parents, forcing her and a younger brother of her to live with their grandparents. Despite that, she had a solidary heart. So, time later, she joined to the Time Defense Force, where was harder for her, until she met an agent named Alex Drake, who supported her, and helped her to recover her self-confidence. Thanks to that, she trusted on him, and could eventually graduate and becoming an agent in the Time Defense Force. She had as first partner a mutant named Steelix, who happened to be a member of the Londarz Mutants who sold information to its leader, Ransik; this made Steelix got arrested after getting discovered. Time later, she and other agents could stop Ransik, who tried to travel to the past in order to take over the world, being him captured formally by Alex Drake/TimeRed. uring the judgement against Ransik, Alex proposed Jen to marry him; she could be happy. However, saddly, Ransik escaped thanks to Nadira, his loyal daughter, and could escape with an entire prison where all his henchmen got captured (including a fat and dimwit non-Londarz prisoner named Gluto), but not without killing Alex before.
After seeing Alex apparently dead, Jen promised to avenge him, and decided to pursuit Ransik and his henchmen, going on a time trip alongside other three TDF agents (Lucas Kendall, Trip, and Katie Walker) and the robotic owl Circuit. They arrived to a city named Silver Hills, where they tried to use the Chrono Morphers, but couldn't activate them due to they didn't have yet a 5th member. They were forced to recruit Wesley Collins, a local man with a physical resemblance to Alex, despite Jen's objections. Jen became the TimePink and leader of the team. Seeing only the differences between Wes and Alex, she refused to let Wes join the team & scolds him, until Trip shares with him her tragic loss behind Jen's back. It took some time, but she was finally able to accept him for who he is. In return, Wes helped them adjust to 21st century life - by providing an abandoned clock tower as a place to stay, and present-day clothes. Discovering that the clock tower had once been home to a business ("Nick of Time Odd Jobs"), Jen decided to open the store for their keep. Wes eventually left his rich lifestyle behind for good to live with Jen and the Rangers who welcomed him with open arms. When Wes' father, Mr. Collins, discovered the identities of the Rangers, he attempted to hire them behind Wes' back as revenge, but Jen (and the others) refused his offer.
Over time, Jen developed true affection for Wes, while continuing the fight against the Londarz Mutants.

Arsenal:
-Chrono Morpher: Henshin device
-Chrono Blaster
-Chrono Sabers
-V5 Cannon
-Electro Booster
-Vector Cycle
-Time Ship 5: Personal Zord. It forms the right arm of the Time Force Megazord in the Alpha Formation (and the right foot in the Beta formation)

Details:
-The premise of her tragic past of losing her parents at hands of a Londarz mutant is similar to her counterpart from TimeRanger (however, Hitman Mad Blast is different of Fatcatfish (in aspect and premise))
-When Alex returned and became evil by his obsession of "saving the future" and preventing his own death, after the Rangers knew the truth about him, when he tried to kill Wes, Jen had to save his life, killing Alex (similar to when Douglas Quaid kills Lori in Total Recall (1990)). This shows another sample of how she's determined to saving his life.
-She's also a member of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
-BTW, during the events of Super Hero Taisen: The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen VS The Exterminator Phantasm, she befriended Kiriko Shijima/Kamen Rider Drive-Ichigo; also, Shinnosuke Tomari/Kamen Rider Drive-Nigo and Wes Collins/TimeRed joked about how much similar they are
-When she became mentor of the Hyperforce Rangers, she married Wes, now calling Jen Collins
-During the events of the crossover with Kamen Rider Zi-O, she and Katie Walker/TimeYellow join forces with Tsukuyomi/Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi and Ora/Kamen Rider Ora in the final battle against the Muto Jackers and Alex Drake/Not-TimeRanger (a monstruous Not-Rider (Another-Rider)-styled version of TimeRed)
-Due to her heroic actions, after the victory of the Hyperforce Rangers against the Ultimate United Alliance Of Evil, she and Wes got the permission of living back in the past, especially after the Time Defense Force saw the events of the fight of the Time Force Rangers alongside KR-Zi-O and his friends, and seeing Geiz Myoukouin/Kamen Rider Gates, Tsukuyomi/Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi, Heure/Kamen Rider Heure, Ora/Kamen Rider Ora, and Woz/Kamen Rider Woz could live in the past alongside Sougo Tokiwa/Kamen Rider Zi-O without problems despite being from the past
