Description
He is Signalman The Blue Senturion. A robot policeman built by the SPD as part of a new phase of the Project Ranger-Man for space missions. He almost gets lost in space after an asteroid crashed against the shuttle he was in, thus returning to Earth. He tried to reach for the Turbo Rangers, but was found by the Space Reckless Pirates Gang Bowzock, who made him believe the Turbo Rangers were the Bowzock, making him to attack them. Fortunately, the Rangers made him see the truth, and he joined them to fight the Bowzock Pirates. He can sometimes be more of an obstruction than a help to the Turbo Rangers, because of his excruciating training in the rules of traffic. Time later, he helped the Astro Rangers into the fight against the United Alliance Of Evil.

Years later, he wold embark again on his mission for fighting an Alien Criminal Consortium, the Shadezyser, led by Lord Abrella, which menace the Earth with smuggling dangerous weaponry systems and soldiers. Sometimes, he'd help later the SPD, their boss Anubis "Doggie" Kruger, and their new recruits in the fight against the Troobian Empire and the Criminal Consortium Alienizer.

That information is from my headcanons and reimaginations of Super Sentai/Power Rangers, aside of how it would be a spinoff focused on him.
