BACKGROUND STORY
Rozalia is a warrior princess with unmatched skill and courage.
Falling in love with her bravery and beauty, one ancient god decided to grant her an eternal life and she became an immortal guardian for her land.
Unfortunate for the ancient god, Rozalia never have feeling for the god, instead one day she fell in love with a man with hart as pure as light. Knowing this, the ancient god became furious and decided to cast the man she loved into the underworld and banned the pour soul forever in darkness.
Now, she is going to release the curse that befallen her love, by killing the ancient god who give her mortality, which also means the end for her life.

First of all, it’s amazing how extraordinarily lifelike and detailed this is. If it weren’t for the fantasy elements like the glowing longbow, one could wonder, “Is this a photo or a painting?”
I think the woman is quite beautiful. Her ragged black clothing and the feathers in her hair give her the appearance of being a crow herself, as if she could shapeshift into one. It’s strangely fitting, not only because crows are commonplace where there has been war, but also because in Norse mythology it’s said the Valkyries (mystical warrior maidens) sometimes assumed the form of ravens. I love all the details like the lace garter on her thigh and the intricate leather tooling on the hilt of her knife and on her belt. The luminescent tattoo on her forehead is a nice touch— it makes her seem all the more regal and warrior-like.
The only thing I can possibly mention (and it's only my opinion) is that the Gothic/European cemetery in the background seems to throw the Asian aura of the painting ever so slightly off. Anemdda is very well versed in mythology. When I first saw the print I had to have it. Yes
she is very alluring and on a mission to redeem herself. As far as the cemetery goes I saw it as a part of her travels, whether it be in Asia or Europe. As I view the print I can't help but wonder whether or not she will be successful. She is so beautiful, it would be a shame for her to perish. Mario Wibisono has created art that gives one pause and reflection. I favor REDEMPTION over all the other prints. My only suggestion would be for him or her to create another art print with her battling foes while on her journey.

I've had the Google Chrome version of this as my browser's theme for quite a while now, and had to reset it just recently, so of course I went hunting for it again. This time there was actually a link leading here with credit for the artist...and that made me so happy! I love this piece even more than the theme picture! Amazing!

I've looked all over the internet to find this picture. I saw it first time as a wallpaper, and I decided to find the origin of the picture. I googled for some wallpapers of pegasus and I find this picture with caption which makes no sense (medieval girl thief...). But on the bottom of that picture I saw some letters of cgsociety. Then I browse the forums but can't find anything similar. But for another googleing helps me. (this take me about 6 hours in overall)
But finally I made it, I found it. It is beautiful! Thanks for the background of Rozalia.

Well, the book came out after the image so in this case I'm presuming that he probably gave permission to the author for it's usage. That or else he worked as the illustrator. Cases where books plagiarize material are rare to my knowledge, much less images, though I suppose it does happen from time to time.

I actually first saw this artwork on a Ravensburger 1000 piece puzzle! The only reason I didn't buy it was that it was rather monochrome. Many of the other artworks here would be much more fun to puzzle

Holy crap, I really got lucky. I actually saw this being sold as a poster at a store in a mall, and it caught my eye, and I actually stopped and walked closer to get a better look. This poster was different from the usual posters they sell of celebrities and I actually liked it. I made a note to try to find the artist and bam! Two days later by chancing upon another piece of art from the same artist that I liked so much that I wanted to see more art from.
