The focus and DOF are good, and I love how much detail you've captured, especially in his iris. Stunning!
The bokeh is nice and I like the simplicity of the background. The contrast between the bird and the background is good - the bird really stands out.
The lighting and exposure are great.
I feel the composition would be better with a little extra space at the bottom of the frame, but it's okay otherwise.
