Kid Flash All Wrapped Up (part 2)
(Recap: Kid Flash raced into a lab that was rumored to be the lair of Plastik, the villain who was a master of creating polymer traps. He is ambushed by Plastik and coated in
a liquid that quickly congealed into Speedster Wrap that cocooned around his body. Plastik also clipped a Speedster Sapper on the back of Kid Flash’s neck that will prevented him from tapping into the Speedforce. And as the Speedster Wrap dries, it shrunk, tightening around Kid Flash and squeezing him into unconsciousness.)

Kid Flash awoke with a gasp. He remembered Plastik capturing him in the special plastic wrap he dubbed Speedster Wrap. But now he’d been moved into a lab chair, still encased in the Wrap. He reached out with his mind, trying to tap into the Speedforce so he could free himself. But nothing happened. Then he felt the Sapper capsule on his neck and remembered Plastik had somehow created a compound that blocked his superpowers!

He squirmed and stretched to loosen the Speedster Wrap, but it held him firmly against the chair. He even tried to rock his weight forward to tip the chair, but that didn’t work either. Already weakened, all he could do was lean back and wait to regain strength.

But then Plastik entered and taunted him. “You’ve ruined my plans too often, hero. So now I’m going to ruin you by turning you into my mindless slave! This headset will brainwash you in no time!” Kid Flash thrashed in protest, but Plastik easily placed the headset on the entangled hero. Kid Flash saw hypnotic images appear before him, and droning sounds played into his ears, and sharp electric pulses kept zapping his mind. He fought against it for what seemed like hours, and even though he had been trained to fight mind conditioning, his resolve slowly crumbled over time. His escape attempts and protests died down over time, until he was completely still and silent.

Plastik gloated at this progress. When the process seemed complete, he removed the Speedster Wrap around Kid Flash. He wrung his hands gleefully and couldn’t wait to test what Kid Flash would do as his slave…
