Interesting concept, but I like the color scheme of Radactric-A, better...as yellow and black are very eye-catching, as should be for a pokemon based on radioactivity...this one seems rather sleepy and understated by comparison as the blue removes the sense of energy and danger. However, I do like the concept of a radioactive pokemon.
