hey guys ^^/ new personal piece. hell's frozen over.

-ramblings from my patreon post about the narrative of this piece below-
so the portal in the middle is a wormhole/ portal-y thing. my idea is that something happened that caused a split in time, thus messing everything up. you'll see hints of buildings that were there in the image from who ever lived there before. no telling how long, but long enough that nature has reclaimed it. so its probably been a bit of time?
you'll notice the red in the snow and coming up from the roots on the trees, and well... thats blood. from what ever was destroyed when the rift was made.
and i guess sense its coming up from the ground there must be a well of blood and stuff underground that the plants are getting nutrients from and becoming twisted and gnarled from it, almost like hands...

anyhoo, i think i've been reading waaay to much lovecraft.
