Iv got the 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 (hunted for a camera with this lens as its a bit bigger and quicker than most kit lenses), an old 70-300mm f/4-5.6 G and a SWEET 50mm f/1.8 prime which is SWEET!
Good camera for sure! Surprising what you can get out of them! Ill use this until the stage when I want to (and can afford to) move up to a D3. Next bit of equipment I want is the Sigma 10-20mm and some Lee GND filters.

Sounds like a good mix. I am waiting for the next update to the D700 to see if they include some extra megapixels or perhaps go completely mad and get a D3X and be done with it. I have a Sigma 10-20. It's my favourite lens. There is a bit of a mix in build quality with them. The first one I tried was very soft, so I took it back and tried another and the second one was great.

Yeah, there will be something better than what there is now by the time I look at upgrading! Will just have to see then!
