Fallout based no doubt. Thats the classic Fallout 2 Power Armor of the enclave, only beautifully redone.

That is so to much fallout... and whats good for you.. i just happen to be a fallout fan... okay.. really.. i dont know if that is a kind-off fallout related fan-art.. looks like an enclave trooper.. with a diffrent helmet.. might be something else.. still looks like he came straight out of the fallout universe.. consider'd this piece a fav. it's a keeper.
