The hairmodel has been there since a lot of time, originally requested by Kinia24Lara, AKA my ex girlfriend.

I just recently got back into sfm so found it while browsing! 

And thanks for making them! (Been trying to get into blender and such but man I suck and it's

yeah, Kyle's right. I used Blender and a mercy's model to make it fit to Femscout.

Also, upcoming upload, too.

He probably use Blender to take the hair model from Mercy and re-skin and re-position the hair model to fit on the femscout and set it separate.
