beautiful! but this is more of an undetailed step by step. like what bud75 said, people need to learn proportions or get some guidelines unless they're already naturally talented or has a steady background of anime faces.

The art is really good and you have real talent but that's a pretty backwards way of teaching someone. You have to learn the proportions of a face before you can just jump in eye first. Some people with a strong natural talent may be able to but average starting artist won't. There's a reason nearly all tutorials start the same.

i just realized, why is the left eye like that? isn't..that 'sharp' end supposed to be on the 'outer' part. like, you drew it to the right, which would be correct on the right eye, but on the left it should be on the left. Am I correct?

It all depends on the direction the character is looking. It also depends a lot on the artist's style of drawing.

Just practice and look up tutorials of drawing eyes on either Google or dA. There are different types of eyes. Are you trying to draw Shoujo or Shounen eyes? Cause there's a bigggggg difference between the two

Shoujo is a genre more aimed towards girls. It features mostly romance and magical girls. Try thinking of Lovely * Complex, Tokyo Mew Mew, Madoka Magica, K-On etc. Shounen is the more popular genre aimed towards boys (though a lot of girls watch it too). Shounen is Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Fairy Tail. It's more foccussed on the hero's story and their adventures. Romance is kind of a side thing. Shoujo style features large, round girly eyes, to show how innocent the girl is and how easy it is to fall in love right? Shounen eyes are more pronounced, straight and edged (except in the case of Naruto where all the eyes look the same, except the girls have more eyelashes).

I used to try drawing in this style - Drawing the eyes first then the face, but I keep ending up having an awkward head. Now I'm using the style of drawing the hair first and then adding the face lines, then finally the facial features
