Can I just say that, as a tutorial, this isn't very good. You are obviously a professional, so drawing like this comes easy for you. However, for the less talented people, it's a lot easier to learn to sketch first. I mean, you dive straight in with the eyes, while for beginners, it's way easier to do the head first, and then place the features. Same with the body, you don't sketch the outline of the body, but draw the clothes first instead.
I'm just saying, that this works for you, but I don't think it's a good way to learn to draw. I started off with tutorials like these, but in the end I learned way more from sketching and looking at real objects, and trying to learn anatomy before stylizing.
I'm no professional obviously, I'm nowhere near as good as you. I'm still learning.
This is just not so much a tutorial as it is you showing your drawing process.
I'm not saying you can't draw or something, and I hope you don't think I'm just slagging you off D:

i can kind of agree with you. but he's done at least one or two tutorials where he shows the guidelines and everything. i've seen them on youtube but idk if he's posted them here

I wish I could draw like you! I once followed one of your tutorials, and the drawing came out perfectly. The only problem is that I can't draw anything original without a reference... I'm only good at analyzing and copying things...

Michi is right. it just takes practice. copying is a good way to start but after a while you'll be able to do it without having to look at anything. i guess it's all about repetition.

it takes a lot of practice. don't worry. ;] the more you practice drawing, the better you will get and soon, you won't need a reference

i've noticed that in this tutorial, and many of your video's online, that you're not very big on sketching, getting the idea on paper before making final lines like myself and other artist do...you just jump right in, and it turns out perfect. is this just being professional, or your personal style? either way, your extremely impressive and i love your work. thank you so much for the tutorial.

Then I came to one conclusion, I'm better off sticking with photography
