PROJECT TOUHOU lightning bolt danmaku: RISING.MGS: RISING X TOUHOU crossover fanart.
Youmu Kompaku as Raiden.
Idea kept popping into my mind since yesterday. forcing me to draw a crossover. And so i did 1 before lunch break.

Whoa, this is so great. I noticed how Youmu is a ton like Raiden too.
You should do one of Sekibanki as Monsoon as well, since Sekibanki possesses the power to detach her own limbs and make them levitate. They can even have magnetically-detached neck-segments too, to go with Sekibanki's extending neck as well.
Though Sekibanki's works for her head and not her arms and legs, unlike Monsoon, but it still is very similar to his.

Oh I almost forgot.
For the other Winds of Destruction, I suggest Yamame could be Mistral, due to her being a Spider-Girl for the Extra Arms thing and the thread-whip. Perhaps Sakuya could be a good one for Sundowner too.
Oh, and maybe you could also add in Momiji Inubashiri as LQ-84i too, due to her being a wolf and such.

Exactly. Maybe she should be called "Sekibansoon" for that. I'd love to see a fight of her against Youmu Raiden too!
Not to mention, the electromagnetic streams coming from those Monsoon-esque limbs while they are detached would probably kinda look like an energy-based version of a normal Rokurokubi's extending neck.
