Its a very pretty piece. I say pretty because as far as catching my eyes go, it is at the middle of OMG and OK. I love the color and the background. Although there is a lack of vibrance in the picture as a whole, i don't think that it would have made much on a difference in terms of impact. All the element in the picture work well together. The blurring of the grass is perfect. Maybe its the model that is the problem. I find it hard to be captured by her expression. It is almost non existent. What is she trying to say, or is she just saying nothing? All in all a good work.

The intent of the shoot was to be muted and slightly high key so I agree that is has a lack of vibrance. That was intentional.
I agree the blur of the grass worked well thank you.
I have to disagree with your thoughts about the model and her expression, I feel like she has a definite expression in her eyes and in her mouth. It is not an over the top expression but for sure its there for me.
This is what makes shooting people so fascinating for me is that all the viewers see it differently.
Thank you very much for your thoughts and critique.

The 50 dollar costs I am referring to is the cost of producing the shoot that the images come from.
