Another new bio, but of an old character... . I actually found a revamp drawing I started a while ago and decided to finish it off and give it a purpose. Another candidate for the mysterious "NEW PROJECT"...Related content

Interesting, a character who's power is based on civilization. How does that work when fighting bad guys?

I imagine her more as a support hero. Her powers would manifest themselves as "luck" or coincidence, while her innate connection to the city would give almost a clairvoyant sense.

Very interesting.
She could help stock market crash so that the villain loose all his money and such.
Or maybe be good at figuring out places for secret bases by sensing water and electricity drain from the main grid.

Fantastic looking character - another great design. I think I need to re-read the powers again - loads of possibilities and potential there but I'm not entirely sure I understand how it would work! Great ideas though - a strong contender for... ahem... 'Project X!' lol!

I'll be honest, I know how she works in my head, but I was trying to describe it to Jacob last night and it was really difficult.
Imagine a speeding car about to hit a child, suddenly the car hits a pothole and veers away. The child is saved. That could have been her, but maybe the pothole was always there?
A mugger runs from the police, looks like he could get away. Then he trips over a raised paving slab.
She can traverse the city in the blink of an eye simply by passing through it's material.
Difficult because her powers are kind of conceptual
