so this i did a while ago, but just didn't remember to post it up. been a bit busy working on MTMTE right now that it slipped my mind until now
anyways, this is a commission i did where i had to make a transformer out of the 1989 batman's batmoblie
this was a lot of fun to do.
batman is my favourite superhero, and any chance i get to do something with that character, even if its turning a vehicle or gadget into a tf i'll jump at
again, a lot of fun to work on, and even better that i got my buddy Josh Perez to colour it up
it really turned out amazingly.i couldn't be happier, and i hope the person who got this also liked it

not really. i just drew a head kinda based on the azrael batman since i was looking at that image at the time when i was asked to do it.
then i normally place a chin piece on the bots i do, and added some shadow and this is what i came up with. only after someone mentioned it did i notice it looked similar. but i don't think it's a bad thing

I havent seen "The Batman" but I think my favourite Batmobile after the one from the Burton movies is the one from the Adam West version.

yeah, thats a nice looking batmobile. i like the look of the one from batman forever also. the overall shape of that car just looked good to me. i wish it got a better work out before it was destroyed.
there have also been some interesting ones that were just in the comics as well.

In the comics the only one I remember is one with a bat mask in the front.

I like how you incorporated the twin machine guns into the design, even if Batman having them in the movie itself made little-to-no sense (Batman hates guns).
Regardless, I love seeing other famous vehicles turned into TFs, and the 89 Batmobile will probably always be my favorite version. I tried my hand at turning the ship from Firefly/Serenity into a Transformer a few years back:

neat. looks cool. what parts are what? its a bit hard to tell since the main part of the torso is covered up with the pose you have

1) The ship's "head" (cockpit, whatever, the ship was basically a big bug) beomes the robot's chest.
2) The ship's neck (where the crew quarters were) becomes the lower legs.
3) The lower cargo bay portion becomes the forearms (the hands basically come out of the cargo doors)
4) The upper portion (where the kitchen, etc., is located) is the robot's back (not too visible in this image)
5) The tubular engines obviously just hang off the back.
6) The "butt" of the ship unfolds to form the panels and protrusions coming off the robot's back.

really depends how far you want to go with it.
If you want to play the whole Bruce Wayne aspect of it I could definately see Batman as a Mega or Ultra Prentender.
